Is it possible to issue multiple share certificates to intial subscribers to the MoA. As in if a subscriber has undertaken to purchase 5000 shares is it possible to issue 5 certificates of 1000 shares each or is it that by default he has to be issued only 1 certificate of 5000 shares and later apply for split?

Dear SIr,
There is no prohibition in Companies Act in repect of issue of multiple share certificates or single share certifcate to each subscribers to the MOA against their shares.
