As per Section-25 (1) of CGST Act 2017 every person who is liable to GST Registration under this Act.Normally a person can obtain only single GST Registration in a state or union territory under this act.Provided that a person carry on multiple business verticals in a state or union territory may be granted a separate GST Registration for each such business verticals subject to such conditions as per Section 25 (2). From the above it is clear that person can obtain multiple GST Registration with the same PAN in state or union territory.

I am already registered with one gstin. I am planning to start another business with the same attached pan card. 2 businesses with the same pan card is my question.
