Can we incorporate LLP which will operate in Multi Level Marketing?

Multi Level Marketing is illegal and not allowed to be registered as LLP or in any other form.
Sure Sir. I have also read that Chain Marketing is banned but there are many companies which are successful in Multi Level Marketing Businesses.
Sir i was join in mlm compani and i payed 30000 rs i want to know is there any law to get my money back as refund
