MSME related query
If a proprietarship firm registered in MSME and now converted in company whether any changes in MSME required. ?

You have to apply for MSME again because if the constitution changes PAN also changes ie, Propritorship to Company.So, You have to apply for MSME again with Company PAN...
All assets and liabilities to be planned to insert in the companies accounts if it is part of the conversion.
You must apply for New PAN .
You have to apply again for MSME registration..

The procedure is more elaborate.
You have to apply for a new MSME registration because the PAN of the Company will be different from that of the proprietorship Firm.
Change in constitution doesn't automatically change in registration..New application is mandatory for MSME of company
