MSME Registration
sir, 3 members want to start a new business and want to registered under msme ....so please tell me that before msme registration is it mandatory they incorporate as Private limited company or a Partnership ship firm ....?? Because in case a proprietorship , a person can registerd direct under msme as a new business .

You may have to choose Partnership or Pvt Ltd or any other form of assessee depending on your requirement..

If you want MSME registration then you can start the business as a Private Limited or as a partnership firm.
As there are 3 members in this business, I suggest you start a partnership firm and not a Pvt. Ltd. and register it such in MSME.
