MSME - Certain Doubt.
Sir. What is the difference between Udyam Registration Certificate and Udyam Aadhar Memorandum. From the Ministry of MSME Portal we have taken the Registration certificate of Udyam and there is one more option called "Udyog Aadhar Memorandum". Hence what exactly is this.

Both looks very similar actually. That's why there is confusion.
Actually the memorandum is supposed to be the form that you filed to get registration certificate.
If someone asked you for Udyam certificate, that you are supposed to give, Registration certificate, not memorandum (memorandum is just application filed by you)
