sir, whether MCA portal has enabled the above form, kindly update.

Form is available since 1st May and it has to be filed within 30 days. So 30th May is due date.
Yes form MSME 1 already available on MCA portal. Last date for submission of data upto 22.01.2019 is 30.05.2019.
