MS Excel very urgent

hello friends

i have just  joined an mnc company in the accounts deptt.

but my problem is excel only.ihave never worked on excel before and people here use excel using short cut keys only.

it is becoming very embarassing for me with each passing day.

you all are kindly requested to tell me ways so that i can learn it as soon as possible.

the major functions they use are macros.vlook up ,pivot table etc

also guys please tell me how to increase my key board speed.
