Hello Friends, Can you tell me wht is the option in MS Excel :
How to get a Comment's window once we drag to or we are in particuler cell. I am aware of comments window once our curser is in particuler cell.

you can use 'Validation option for that
Actually i am not talking about Validation window but
in excel sheet i want to have comments like (yellow color ) window when i come to that cell.
then you can use comment by right click of mouse or Insert a text box
