Hi, I am using MS Excel 2003.Try this. Open any excel file. Go to Tools ---- Options ----- Save. In the settings, tick the save AutoRecover info option & specify the time gap between two consecutive Autosaves. Hope this suffices your requirements.
Thanks

yes you can do it using a macro yar

I have another option,

In Tools > Options > Save, go to Auto save and specify the time gap i.e. frequency of autosave (Minutes).

Then, change the path (Save autorecovery here) to your convenience.
