How to prepare the monthly P&L and cash flow and fund flow Please help.

If you are using tallyerp/any other software then you will take the data from tallyerp/OS as a base and put it in sch III format..
If it is proprietor ship then you can directly export the PL ,BS & Cash flow from tallyerp

Yes the management asking for execel base with appropriate narration now iam using Zoho books
Use SCH III excel
