While the processing of Society Registration over the online process in TamilNadu, it is asking for Form 1, Form V, Form VI, MOM and Memorandum.

In this case, could you please explain the meaning for *MOM*

I think it should be "Minutes Of Meeting."

Minutes of the meeting are the notes that one takes throughout the course of the meeting recording what ensues in the meeting. It would include the key points discussed, the participants involved, the resolution arrived at etc.
