You will register your concern branch,ie.SIRC,WIRC,etc...

Please follow the below steps for applying for ICAI mock test exam online or you can visit your nearest ICAI branch:

Login as a student in the concerned regional website of icai.
Click on the mock test link and check the box for the subjects you wish to appear.
Make payments after entering the specific details required.
Take print out of the receipt that is sent to you by icai chapterwise mail for the subjects you appear.
Appear in the mock test.

Apart from this, take a measured step to go for other test series as below since the ICAI mock evaluation might not be that upto to the mark:

Guys in these institutes who evaluate are few of the top CA faculties of India. So the evaluation would be more detailed.
