my client having mobile service centre can i file ITR - 4 showing him receiving the service income as professional 50% of 44ADA ( Total receipts Rs.958600)

yes u can itr - 4 and can opt for presumptive

you can opt for section 44ad rather than 44ada as it specifies list of professionals and Mobile repairing services are not covered
