Earlier 12% , GST council in the recent meeting increased to 18%

As per the 39th GST Council meeting, it was decided that the mobile phones will be taxed @ 18% instead of 12%. 

However there is no official notification yet.

Yes the rate of 18% is yet to be Notify.
so as of today it's 12% only
