is lease agreement with company can be the proof of registered office for company incorporation. if yes then, I have a question in mind how can company enter into contract before registration .
The MCA has now accept lease agreement on the proposed company name which has approved by it.
This will apply only for proposed name only. I have seen lots of cases.
