MOA & AOA reg

Dear Sir,

1.At the time of incorporation of Company , every company submits its MOA and AOA to the Registrar of Companies office.

2. Could we get the copies of these submitted MOA & AOA from the same ROC or at any other ROC offices.

Example:

1. X Ltd located at Chennai and submitted its MOA and AOA to ROC is located at Chennai.

2. Could we get the copies of these documents from ROC office which is located at Trivandrum.

Kindly clarify.
