Please note that for e-form 1A, you would just need the main objects. You need not attach AOA and MOA while filing 1A. Just mention the main object of the company on that tab

For Draft AOA and MOA, please look for companies in the similar sector and do inspection of public documents at MCA site. Download two or three relevant MOA and AOA. they can be used as draft.

thnkz... n does the main object clause have to be exact. or just "a business of tour and travel" will suffice for now?

n also  incase of exact wordings if i have more than one main clause i will have to mention all.
 

Just mention first main clause of the MOA in form 1A, and keep in mind that you have to keep it in your MOA.

The details mentioned in form 1A should be same during incorporation of Company.

You have to mention in detail about the main object.

You can add more object in your MOA

You might get many on search but the two documents are very important and should be drafted by a professional after due consultation about the aim of the company.
