Mistakes in tax invoices

If a mistake happened in tax invoice affecting invoice value and observed after return filing, how can be it corrected. Please guide me the ways. Thanks in advance!!

you can file Gstr 1 with correct figure and the same wil be updated subsequently

Thanks sir, whether change in tax invoice is required or Dr note will be issued to the customer?

i think there is 2 option
if purchaser and seller both have not filled their return you can revised the same and give it to purchaser and cancel the old one.
if purchaser has filed the return on basis of your invoice give debit or credit note depending upon your mismatch in invoice.
