In GSTR-1 of june-21 I have wrongly enter Rs26000/- CGST and SGST instead of IGST & 3B is still pending.How to rectify this.

Reverse the ITC in next return
Pay IGST in GSTR 3B. And amend the June 2021 return and disclose IGST

Edit the figures mentioned in GSTR 3B which are getting auto-populated from GSTR 1. File correct GSTR 3B. Correct the mistakes mentioned in te next month GSTR 1 and again edit the GSTR 3B of next month.

File gstr 3b as u file regularly
Further amend the GST amount under gstr of current month by stating the invoice no.
