I gave my FR paper
Roll number is properly mentioned on my answer sheet and bar code
But I forgot to mention
Paper name,paper number
And forgot to tick the questions which I solved on the first page of answer sheet
What should I do now

No need to worry.... institute will validate your paper
Don't worry.. your roll no and the bar code is very important. so calm down and prepare for next exam.
