Hi friends

I was just going through website of ICAI when I came across suggested answers for Nov.’09 examination on Cost Management (i.e. Old Course).

On perusal of suggested answers, I came across a mistake committed by ICAI faculty in solving Question 1(b) on PERT. Precedence relationship is not correctly established by ICAI in it. For e.g. In their network A has also become predecessor of D (via dummy 2-3), similarly E has become predecessor of H (via dummy 6-7 then dummy 7-5). Also variance calculation is wrong, variance should be 2.646 (i.e.) & not 2.71 ()

It may be possible that Sachin, Deepa & Ankit are people hired by Parag Sir for publicizing himself. But, I think we need to see the help which we are getting from it & not the motive.

I am a member of CAclubIndia since last so many years & have seen several kind of publicity stunts, so just want to share something with you so that strange comments shall not atleast stop the benefit which we are receiving from CAclubindia. Because in that case u will start saying one day that anyone doing good or passing good information is doing so for the motto of publicizing himself among student’s society (although their motto may be different).

I don’t remember exactly but I have read several mails of Ravi himself wherein he has copied mails of Parag sir’s yahoo group & then posted it on caclubindia…was that also publicity stunt by Ravi.

I think we should appreciate people like Ankur sir, Vivek sir & sachin who are adding some helpful post instead of just looking towards publicity which they are getting by doing it & we should stop publicities like these :

Whenever someone ask review about him or anyone, better way of criticizing is to give negative review & tell what you didn’t liked in him if you have taken class from him. I don’t think you are following the correct way.

And by the way I am Aman Ahuja. & I put on at Rohtak. I am telling you so that you shall not start questioning my identity as you have done for Deepa, Sachin & Ankit.
