Mistake in income tax return filed after due date

My aunty passed away 3-8-16, She was mahila pradhan agent in post office. A tax consultant filed their Incometax return for AY- 16-17   on 17-12-16. he had given another person's bank account num by mistake instead of aunty's bank account num. Incometax department issued refund. Can i revise the return? Tax consultant filed return without informing us. So is any legal proceedings for acquiring tax refund?
