Mistake in form 108

Dear Friends,

I completed my articleship in Oct 2011 and by mistake i had put as 7 days excess leave, which i had not taken. Later, ICAI has issued me termination letter and i was not aware of this excess leave and completion letter as i was concetrating on my exams.

Now i cleared my exams, but for membership they are asking for completion letter.

How to rectify the error? Should we send Form 108 again (revised one ) with error details in the letter head of the principal and will ICAI oblige the same ?

Some one plz, reply at earliest as this is around 5 years back. I need membership soon.

Normally you need to work for the excess leave and resubmit Articles Registration form and Form 108, but am not sure whether they will entertain this in your case.

Put the same in E-sahayatha of ICAI, also consult your principal for some advise

Hello shwetha... May I ask you whether u had file revised form 108?? As one of my frd case is same as u.. He is also cleared before 5 years and yet not received membership..can u suggest me any option?
