I filled itr -1 correctly as per 26as,but there is outstanding demand issued in 143(1) showing less tds deduction.
I had submitted request for rechecking.if no reply received to me from deptt thenwhat should I do.request was submitted one week before

Kindly check the income declared in return match with 26AS. Also compare AIS.

You can check once the "Tax Credit Mismatch" under services menu . If there is any difference then it might be due to technical issue only

Before filing rectification you have to confirm from services menu " Tax Credit Mismatch" problem has to be resolved from this since this is the origin.

Without solving this there is no use of filing rectification return.

I think you don't have brain..You must have practical knowledge..

If you file rectification no use..Just go to Services-->Tax Credit Mismatch.

If it shows mismatch then revision, rectification can't nullify the demand
