Hello,
I see 3 Tax Demands appearing online against my PAN:
AY:2004 - No Section Code
AY: 2005 - No Section Code
AY:2008 143(1)
I have paid the last one.
Questions:
If no Section Code is mentioned, what does it mean?
The last demand(2008) i have already paid, is not being removed from online - inspite of repeated letters to A.O.
How should i proceed? Can anyone please advice

Under which section you paid the demand amount. It should be under head of 400 and i believe you have used correct AY.
If yes, things will be done automatically in couple of days.. it take 15-30 days to get it reflected.
