missing HSN summary and DOCUMENTS ISSUED TABLE

no ... leave it as ... no option to fill this again

dont worry about this comman mistake we hope gov not take action on such of these type of comman mistakes

what is your turnover of business?

if your turnover is having up to 1.5cr then HSN summary is not required to upload in GSTR1

If your turnover is having more than 1.5cr than HSN summary is compulsory to upload in GSTR1

the above my reply which one is suitable for you and wait for amendment of GSTR1 to be announced by the Govt of India
