Not Agree ,Age matters in many cases.

A Cricketer cant start his carrier at the age of 45years.

Similar with Geting  job in Navy,army etc

The thing which matter alot is the Time Whether u have achieved ur goal in time or not

But Still in some profession Age does not matter..BUT have some exception..

As we all know that

Only diamonds  can cut diamonds

Likewise 

Unless one do not have belief in oneself and his abilities 

He cannot  observe in anything to be of useful to him.

The intention of the sharing is to motivate ourself.

However; see the following : 

1.  At the age of 45, a person cannot say I missed the mission. To play is not a mission. To contribute something in cricket  for the  nation  is the mission. If one knows cricket and loves cricket ; still he can engage himself in cricket commentary (As Sunil Gavaskar and Ravi Shastri are doing - even someone has not remained player; he can serve like this).  If he couldn't do in young age due to any reason; still he can guide new players as a Coach !

2. You would be surprised to know the Retired Army  Officials are mostly preferred in Administration by most of the private companies. When they come to public place; all employees see them with respect. To serve in Army is not a mission; to serve the Nation is the mission. 

.

The purpose of this discussion is to THINK BIG than to remain in the crowd to THANK BIG.
