How to calculate GSTR -3B late payment and interest, I missed 15 Sep 2020 due date.
My tax to be paid: 50,000 rs.
If I file GSTR 3B return tomorrow on 24th September.

sir . its may 2020, I thoiught I had filed it already but when I checked it yesterday found it as unfiled :-(
what is the interest rate now and formula for interest calculation.

For May, 15 September, 2020 is last date
If you filed on 25 September, 2020
i.e 10 day delay
interest @ 9% per annum for 10 day payable.
Suppose, tax payable 10000
than interest 10,000*9%/365*10=Rs. 24.65/-
Note: For June last date is 25th September, 2020
