i have not filled any return in previous years

Just have a visit on www.incometaxindia.gov.in and then go to menu bar "Know you PAN" then submit your details over there like Your full name with sir name and date of birth and father name.

Definitely you will find your PAN details there...if not then share with us your problem that where you are facing problem.

If you know the name and date of birth exactly as what was written on PAN, then you can apply for re-pring of PAN. However, even for repring, you need to submit all the documents for identity and address again.

u have to visit on www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in and then go to menu bar "services" and "Know you PAN" then submit your details over there like Your full name with sir name and date of birth. if u didnot get the pan in the website. u will call 0124-2438000 to ask ur pan no to  customer service giving ur full name fathers name date of birth full address mobile no etc. the data must be matched with the details  at the time of filing pan first time. try it
