Mismatch in Dividend and 26AS

984 views 2 replies
There is a mismatch of Amount of Dividend received by Mr.A in his bank account and Amount disclosed in 26AS( This also led to difference in Amount of TDS deducted). What can be done?

Not all amounts of dividend will get reflected in 26AS.

So dividend income to be reported in ITR should be total dividend received in bank account + tds reported in 26AS.
Actual amount received should be reported in ITR
