Dear sir,
We have been receiving too many notices from TDS-CPC for mismatch of our TDS certificates issued to the Deductee. Unfortunately deductee had claimed more then TDS certificate issued to deductee
In view of the above we have received notice asking us to confirm the transaction entered are correct.
Therefore we visited the Income tax officer, stating our fact, deductee has wrongly claimed and more then our issue of TDS certificates, the officer is not willing to accept the letter asking us give us all the information related to the party.
How to handle this case, tomarrow any of our hostile client purposely give our wrong Tan number and claim tax adjustment.
