Mis reporting

I am a freshly qualified CA. I Recently got a Job offer from a Famous Financial Services Organisation under the Profile MIS reporting. The In hand salary is decent. I would like to know whether it is lucrative and promising to take up the same( For a CA Fresher) and make a career in the said profile and what are the growth prospects.
