NBFC is an activity of the company, Hence there is no impect on drafting of minutes, but some extra resolutions required for NBFC activities ( as per requirement )

Are these resolutions of nbfc required to pass every year or only when changed please can any one supply me specimen of minutes of directors and avm of pvt ltd co

I need Resolutions to be passed at the First Board meeting after receipt of NBFC License. Like Appointment of Designated person for FIU –Principal Officer for FIU-Principal Nodal Officer for NBFC for RBI Ombudsmen -pproval of policies by the Board etc.
