Minimum number of company depends on the type of company
3 for public company
2 for private company
1 for one person company
3 for public company
2 for private company
1 for one person company
3 persons for public company
2 persons for private company
2 persons for private company
But you must mention the type of company.
Even one director is enough for OPC(One Person Company)..
There are other limits Govt company & Section 8 Company
