Minimum circle rate for agriculture land in delhi in 2007

Dear Colleaques!  

I Have a query, please help me,

Assesee has sold an Agriculture Land situated in north west alipur Delhi in 2007 by way of sale deed.

What is the minimum circle rate / stamp valuation authority amount for payment of stamp duty in terms of sec50C of Income Tax Act, 1961?

Is circle rate for residential area is different from circle rate for agriculture land situated in Delhi ?

any notification etc. please let me know!!!
