Requirement : 4 Board meetings in a calendar year i.e. between January, 01 to December, 31
Is it necessary that A ltd should hold 4 meetings in the next 9months ending on 31, December or in the next 12 months ending on 31, March, since it is incorporated on 01.04.2019?

Company needs to have 4 Board meeting during the Financial year and not during the calendar year. So it will be from 01.04.2019 to 31.03.2020 period .....
