In private company min no. is 2 & in public it is 7
But what for maximum

in case of OPC, Pvt co., public co,
MIN- 1, 2, 3 respectively.
MAX- 15 each co.
if co. wants beyond 15 ,the company has to pass special resolution in GM.No CG permission required.
Min :Pvt co-2 and pub.co.3
Max: 15 in both.
