I am issuing a letter to IT Dept regarding change of assesse’s jurisdiction office and ward circle number. Is it necessary to request the IT Dept in the letter to migrate the Pan Card or is there any other procedure.

I think there nothing to do with PAN card regarding with migration of jurisdiction

whether address is changed or not ?. If not then not concern. Just write a simple letter to both the new and old ward for safer side to avoid problem while submitting the return.
