I'm from direct entry route and successfully registered for inter with ICAI, my query is do I need migration certificate for filling the examination form when it will be out?

You do not need a migration certificate to fill out the ICAI Intermediate examination form. Since you are already successfully registered with ICAI via the Direct Entry route, you only need to complete the exam form on the SSP portal using your existing registration credentials.
