Hi All,

Actually I want to ask about the TDS on Microsoft product? What is Account Head and What Section could I shown in Accounts?

Its urgent can you help me out?

your query is incomplete pls clarify which product ....?? and is that product is brought on contract basis or rent basis??

Dear Parvez

As you clarify your query under contract then it will be deducted under sec 194 C under the head TDS on contracts of Microsoft @ 2% and if PAN is not given by them then deducted @ 20%.
