To whom it is applicable ? also to proprietory concern or not ?
Is there any limit for this Act ?
How we can get registered with the Act ?
Is there registration is Mandatory or Optional ?

Dear Sumeet,
To avail the benefit of the act one must register the unit under the said act and it is mandatory
and not optional and the word in the act is enterprises
so it includes proprietary concern as well.
