Hello knowledge community I have a producer company to file MGT7A and AOC 4 for F.Y 21.22 but I face some problem to file such return.
The form only adopt the finacial year data.
The company transfer some share one person to another person in AGM dated 8th july 2022. and appoint new cahirman and new directors too.
But form only adopt F.Y dated not more than.
so my query is Can I give information transfer ot shares in another form or next year return.

Quick Summary
In the eforms being filed for FY 2021-22, information within that period 31.03.2022 only required to be filed.
Since changes in shareholder is done in July 2022 it is required to be mentioned in eform for the FY 2022-23 only.
