Dear All,
As per section 121 of the Companies Act, 2013, All listed companies require to file report on AGM to ROC in form MGT 15, but form is yet to be released by MCA but section is applicable from 1.4.2014, even no mention is made anywhere to file same in general forms provided by MCA, waiting for expert view on this, can we ignore of filing report on AGM for this year or advise me any alternate for filing.

I raised the ticket to MCA for same problem and the reply have come that it has to be attached with GNL-2.
IT is very surprising nowhere it is clarified my mca through circular etc , that it has to be filed with GNL-2 , STILL IT IS ASSUMED FROM CORPORATES TO FILE.
they should have clarified like circular for MGT-10.
very much confusion whether to file or not ?
