do we need to pay GST on mess expenses I mean if we cook meals in office premises and food supplies to employees

GST not applicable under RCM.
Dear Frd, Supply of services provided by employer to employees is liable for gst. ur mess expenses is taxable and liable for gst.
We can input claim
U can also add condition in employment contract that food supplied in relation to employment then u are not liable for gst
