I am working in a listed entity. Please suggest if any compliance have to done if we merge two EOU units into one.
Both units are located at same place with same type of output (production)

No practical ideas as such. But as far as my knowledge is concerned, u must have taken EOU approval for separate units-right? If so, u have to take the approval for such merger and after that, the merged units will be treated as one and compliance can be done assuming it as one unit
