it's very simple. The following are the steps:
> Ascertain the valuation of each proprietorship firm
> Allot shares in the company by equal amount as per step-1 to the proprietor of each
> Get DSC for the proprietors and register with MCA
> Induct them in the board of pvt ltd. co. as directors after filing form-32
