we would like to have some inputs that...while uploading INC-1 (application for Reservation of Name of Company), we have mentioned wrong state code and the form is approved and we have received Name approval letter from Ministry of Corporate Affairs. we have not yet uploaded Incorporation docuemnts like., INC-7, DIR-12 and INC-22, is there any possiblity that we can request the ROC to cahnge the State Code? Pls let us know whether it can be changed or nor?

I select wrong state in INC - 1 and same has approved by MCA, now i filled INC 22 then their is an error occured relating to pin code. Now is there any procedure to request the MCA to change the state or any one tell the pin code of Dadra and nagar havelli gujarat, i already searched in google but that pin code is not correct according to MCA. Can we skip the pin code in INC 22?

please help me with this, while fiiling the INC-1, i have wrongly mentioned state Telngana as Name of the State in which the proposed company to be registered in point 4 instead of Karnataka and my INC-1 is got approved. Now i have to file Spice forms for registration, please let me know if i mention actual state (Karnataka) in Spice forms will my forms get rejected because of mismatch and is there any procedure to change the State name in my approved INC-1?
Hi did you get the solution? Even while filling the INC 1 wrongly entered the state code as AP , as against telangana. So kindly let us know how to rectify as the incorporation forms are yet to be uploaded
