These are beggars who are educated. There isbno solution apart from.mca. but mca are intoxicated to show us perfection in rules but not in work etiquettes. No political supporter nor a boss can hurt anyone on this planet if the mca has those rules. Your working with lower castes and auffering is common.

@ sabyasachi this is an issue related to MCA!! But they never worked on it cause the politicians are corrupted and wanted votes showing develeopment as their growth through gdp. There is an MCA division here as well. You cant call it irrelavant.
