Pl. advice me on the following issue. MCA has asked me to write no. of shares and total No in MOA and then resubmit form 1, but i dont understand where to mention the same.
i am sending MOA in attachment.

No. of shares and total no. still not written in words. Pl. note that this is last chance as per Regulation 17, Make correction in moa and upload full set of moa and aoa. Form should be resubmitted by 20/03/2010 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956)
